Harassment at Oasis RV Park in Niland,CA.
Its ok to have your civil rights violated in Imperial County.Says the ACLU and the Attorney General's office Of California, because we are different color than the badge wearer.Hence Proving that our 14th Amendment has been violated. And.They still will not accept our 61 complaints.And now Mr.Ryan Kelly,the Supervisor for the 4th district won't accept a meeting on this matter,furthering Violating our Civil Rights.Just wondering why having his father,another Supervisor and board chairman not a Conflict of interest?I'm thinking a Complete Board of Supervisors Recall should be done and have Good Honest Folks who Truly care for the People of Imperial County and their Future.Time to get the Hot Tar and Feathers ready.You see this all started because Chucky Lawson and Jackie Riggs (lot95) didn't want to pay back a $3000 dollar loan so they told the manager at that time Mark Ozier,(whom had spent 20 years in prison for fraud and violent crimes) brother to the owner, Bobby Ozier that we were drug people,(not true) and we should get ran out.Now Mr.Lawson a two strike, violent offender has a history of borrowing money and not paying it back as he did with a retired school teacher that once lived here.He and Mark Ozier terrorized that poor old lady out of here.Mr.Lawson/Miss.Riggs thought he would do the same to us.Mark Ozier talked to the Imperial county Deputy that patrolled our area at night and told him we are"Bad People"and need to leave.He said that if deputy"J.Esquer"Badge #631 would help,that his brother/owner of this fine mobile home park would give him $5k for him to donate to his favorite charity (wink.wink.)So starting on 04/07/2020 Deputy J.Esquer#631 started spotlighting our home and every morning when I saw the video's from that night I called Imperial county dispatch to see who was working and they Always said the same person Deputy J.Esquer #631.They Always said they would have the duty Sergeant call us but they never did.There were times that deputy J.Esquer #631 would log off duty to spotlight us than log back in.And even after transferring deputy J.Esquer #631 to day shift,he stills drives by pointing at me.Once we were repairing the fence and deputy J.Esquer #631 pulled up and parked,starting talking to me as if we were buddies.When I was done mending the fence I got off my ladder and turned to him.He turned white as a ghost and burnt rubber out of there.I wonder if it was because I was wearing my sidearm.(I guess he didn't want to play anymore?)And to this day we still get harassed in some way or another.From not getting good healthcare when we are insured,to not getting assistance from law unenforcement,when Mr.Lawson violently Assaulted me and nothing get done about it and why Mr.Lawson and Miss.Riggs are allowed to still live here because Booby Ozier told them that nothing would be done to them as long as they continued to harass us.And to this day Imperial County Sheriff's Office will not accept our 61 complaints with Video's.Or when we sold our $3500.00 trailer to Larry Arnold,the park maintenance person for $2300.00 He moved the trailer from the locked yard across from our house to Bobby Ozier's Personal locked yard of no return without paying even a penny,Sold it to Bobby Ozier for $500.00 Now at that time Bobby Ozier was holding the title of our mobile home over our heads, even after paying $15k Cash and without a inspection and told us that he would give us the title and $300.00 for our trailer that Larry Arnold stolen from us.(smh) Which time Bobby Ozier has re-sold the stolen trailer and moved it out of state making it a Felony.To this day Larry Arnold has never paid "Anything" on the trailer.When I ask about it, he said that when he see's me off property he is going to assault me. And all threw this Imperial County Sheriff's Office would NOT do ANYTHING about it. Now Larry Arnold,the parks repair person who cranked our hot water tank up to 200 degrees and refuses to repair anything on our mobile home or repair park hook ups, who does NOT have a contractors license at all, is allowed to repair the main Water lines,Electric lines and even Gas lines all without having it inspected by county inspectors and Still has a job? Why Chucky Lawson is allowed to let air from our tires almost on a nightly basis.After reporting him to management is still allowed to live here? Why they have poisoned to death two of our dogs and tried to cut another one up and the owner of the Oasis RV park in Niland,Ca. Bobby Ozier, (Bo&Go llc) Won't do anything about it. He tells another park residents that if they talk to us, he will Evict them.Once again Imperial County Sheriff's office knew about ALL of this and would NOT do their sworn duties in protecting us or aiding us in these matters. Once again Violating our 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution.
