BED BUGS

BED BUGS. We booked a room for the night of New Years 2022. After spending a few hours in the hot tub, we went to our room for a bit. When we got there, we were absolutely disgusted. There was an infestation of bed bugs that was completely overwhelming. I went to the owner and he said that he would give us a different room, but would not give our money back. I explained to him that there was no way that me or my wife would feel comfortable sleeping there considering that most places do laundry all in one place at the same time. Not only that, if they left one room infested how are we to trust they didn’t leave other rooms in the same disgusting conditions? I even told him that I would gladly pay for a day pass, which is $75. He again told me that he would not give me any money back because he was “offering a solution”. I wasted $215 to be there for a few hours. The owner was very rude and inconsiderate. I was even accused of wanting my money back because we were “done for the night” or that we were having a bad time even after showing them these pictures and even videos of the bugs actively moving throughout the bed. It was nauseating how many there were and even more nauseating how terrible we were treated after bringing it to their attention
