We rented a spot for our sons trailer. Day one Roy shut the water off as our sons trailer had a small water leak. Not only did he shut his water off but immediately said he had to leave, kicked out for a water leak within hours of arriving. No notice, no reason, just a small water leak. It took three weeks for us to drive up from out of state to move him. I cleaned the spot after moving the trailer out and Roy said he would send us $100 refund for the unused rent. Nothing back for not having water for three weeks. Three weeks have passed and Roy hasn't been honest about refunding us, he knows we live out of state so rather than being honest he's decided to take the low road. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this plàce, it's not run by honest people namely, Roy running it for and living with his elderly parents.
