Not safe

It says the highway patrol monitors this rest stop. I can assure you they do not. People do overnight camping here regularly. Most recently there was a white guy in his late fifties camping inside the rest stop bathrooms. He posted up in a camping chair facing the women's restroom with see through glass doors. Set up a tripod with a camera phone and filmed women coming and going from the restroom. Law enforcement said it's fine because he has a wife. I don't recall consenting to that! He told the sheriff's his car was broken down yet him and his wife are still there camping out with a working vehicle. I've also had truckers follow me from this rest stop to my home to harass me. Not safe for females. Half the time it's grifters without even a license plate to identify them. The site says no overnight camping. They do not enforce it. No one is monitoring this place.
