Not an RV Park

This is an old, run down, being worked on, no one is in charge, mostly full-time residents park. The space I was in was so unlevel that even with self-leveling, I could not get my 5th wheel level. I made reservations 3 months ahead, but no one reserved a site for me. The Electric connection was 30 amp (I need 50) and it fried my 50to 30 connector. It is very noisy inside and outside the park. They get mail only on MWF & Sat. It was not inexpensive. The laundry and restrooms are nice--need a table in the laundry. They let people park anywhere and make noise any time.
