In the southwest corner of Charlotte County, there is a mile-long beach where clams and shark teeth are washed ashore and anglers fish the surf for catch. Visitors come to this remote beach to swim and sunbathe for years, but the shells are best in the winter months. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities such as kayaking, canoeing, hiking, fishing, camping and much more.

Hiking trails lead to five different natural communities, which are home to many animal species. In summer, guided beach walks with ranger turtles are possible, and covered picnic tables are on the way. Visitors can see a variety of bird species, reptiles, amphibians, mammals, birds of prey and more while visiting the park.

Stump Pass Beach State Park has been in state ownership since it was purchased in 1971 and has been unofficially opened to the public. Protected species seen by visitors to Stump Beach include sea turtles, sea urchins, cranes and sea lions. Exit 191 is located at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 2 on the north side of Interstate 95, south of Stumps Pass.

The park in its current form was opened in August 2000, when there were only 4 parking spaces and no amenities. It was first opened to the public in July 2000 and has been open ever since.

Swimming and sunbathing are popular activities on the beautiful beaches of this golf island. The programs, which are run by rangers, cover a wide range of topics, including the natural resources found on this island, such as fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming and much more.

The bay has sheltered waters and the beach is perfect for swimming and sunbathing, as well as fishing, kayaking, boating and other outdoor activities.

Fishing is popular at Stump Pass and in the nearby meadows, and fishing can include salmon, trout, mackerel, perch and other fish. Boats and moorings are within a mile of Stumps Pass or nearby islands, and a few miles from the coast.

Diving is also possible outside the beach, but you must bring your own equipment, and the park has six covered picnic tables. Fresh water showers and rinses are available for outdoor washing - during the day on any beach or park.

This quiet tunnel leads you through a series of hiking trails that stretch from the southern end of the park to five different nature parks. One is a toilet, the other five are hiking trails, and one of them is the toilet at the entrance to Stump Pass Beach State Park.

Pets are not allowed in the park and visitors are reminded that it is forbidden to bring animals such as dogs, cats, horses, birds or other animals. In this park there are a number of protected plants, animals and other animal species that can be observed. The Shalen is best in the winter months, but there are many other ways to enjoy some of the natural beauties of Stump Pass Beach State Park and its surroundings.

Farm animals are not welcome in any area or building of the park unless required by law. Pets must not be left unattended and must be well trained and always kept on a leash and within six metres of hand.

Stump Pass Beach State Park is located on the west side of Stump Island, in the south and east of New South Wales, Australia. The 245 hectare park consists of three islands and a protected channel, with a total area of 2,000 hectares of open space and 1,500 hectares of wetlands.

Take I-75 South from Exit 191 River Road to the entrance to Stump Pass Beach State Park at the southern end of the park and then take the south exit of I / 75 to Stumps Pass Road.

Take River Road to Pine Street and turn left onto Pine Street and stay on it for about an hour until McCall Road. Take Pine Street to CR 776 (McCalls Road) and then turn right onto Stumps Pass Road before turning left onto Pine Street and turning right.

Stay on Beach Road to Manasota Key and when the road forks, turn left onto Beach Road and stay until the junction and turn left onto Stumps Pass Road.

Stay on Gulf Blvd until the road ends and you are right in front of the park entrance. Bebe on Golf Blvd and turn left onto Stumps Pass Road and stay on it until you get to a road and then turn right onto Beach Road.

Take the I-75 exit and exit Kings Highway and proceed to the entrance of Stumps Pass Beach State Park on the right. Take the I / 75 exit, exit the parking lot and turn left onto Beach Road and merge onto Beach Rd.

When Veterans Blvd crosses US 41, it becomes El Jobean Road, where you can stay until you turn right onto the entrance to Stumps Pass Beach State Park.

Stay on Beach Road on Manasota Key and when the road forks, keep left when it forks, look for McDonalds on the left, and turn left on Beach Road and right on El Jobean Road.

Stay on Gulf Blvd until the road ends and you will be right in front of the park entrance. Golf Blvd is the main thoroughfare to Stump Pass Beach State Park and the only exit from Manasota Key on the east side.
