About Jennings State Forest - Bootlegger Campground
Bootlegger Campground is a primitive tent campground located in the northwest section of Jennings State Forest off of Long Branch Road. From CR 217 take Long Branch Road, this a dirt road, head east straight into the forest boundaries, at Nolan Ridge Church go through the yellow pipe gate and continue on across the rock stream crossing, at the cross road of Nolan Ridge Rd and Long Branch Rd turn right into Bootlegger Campground. Warning do not rely on Google/GPS directions. Cell phone coverage is spotty depending on phone carrier.
Bootlegger Campground has 8 primitive tent sites. Each site has a grill, picnic table, fire ring, tent pad, and a place for parking a vehicle. There is a pit toilet near site #1 and a pavilion. Camping is by reservation only through https://floridastateforests.reserveamerica.com/ fees are approximately $25 per night/per site.
