About Jennings State Forest - Hammock Campground
Campground is located in Jennings State Forest on the eastside of the forest near Blanding Blvd. Take Blanding Blvd to Old Jennings Rd, turn right onto Live Oak Lane. Heading north on Live Oak Lane into the forest, turn left on Bell Cemetery Rd. Take Bell Cemetery Rd to Wheeler Branch Rd turn left campground is ahead on the right.
Warning do not follow Google/GPS directions and take Rattlesnake Road stay on Bell Cemetery Rd.
There are 10 primitive tent camping sites. Each site has a picnic table, fire ring, tent pad, and a place to park a vehicle. There is a centrally located pavilion with grills, and a pit toilet a short walk from the pavilion or entrance of campground along Wheeler Branch Rd.
