Picking a new RV RESORT? Here are some helpful questions you can ask the property on your journey. I’ve taken some time to provide answers on our place 💕

Q. Is my site big enough for what I have?
A. Yes, most of our sites can fit a 40 foot rig, with a boat and a large truck and extra vehicle or golf cart.

Q. What is the surface material of the pad? All of our sites and roads are fully paved and very flat.

Q. What utilities are provided?
A.We provide water, sewer, trash, free hot showers in bath house, free personal internet with blazing fast speeds, and 102 channels of cable.

Q. Are you pet friendly?
A. Yes we are pet friendly, we do have some breed restrictions and also rules. Your pet must walk on a leash, you may put an Amazon black removable fence area at your site. You have plenty of room for your pet to get out and get some sunshine. Pets must not disturb other guests or become aggressive. But yes we want you to have your furry friends.

Q. Do you have a Rec room for events?
A. Yes we do. And the rec room and pavilion are for your use anytime. Just let the office know if you are needing it for a party, weigh in or other event.

Q. Where are the utility connections located on the site?
A.Always in the back. We have back in sites only, no pull through sites.

Q. If certain utilities are not included, how will my needs be handled?
A.You pay $.15 cents per KWH on electric.

Q. Are there sharp turns/low hanging trees/buildings to navigate around to get to the site?
A. We feel there is ample room to get your RV in the sites. We will help guide you also. We have tons of trees and if they need to be trimmed around your RV WE WILL DO THIS FOR YOU 😊

Q. Is there a clear section for me to use my satellite?
A. In most yards yes. Some are fully covered in trees. However we do have FREE cable and good enough internet to stream on new smart tvs. After all you get your own personal internet here for that reason.

Q. Do we have a bathhouse/showerhouse/laundry?
A. Yes we have all of the above


Q. How close are you to the beach and boat ramps and also nightlife and downtown?
A. We are about 5 minutes to Rockport, 8 miles to Port A.

- Q. How far away are my neighbors?
A. We have huge yards and plenty of space between campers. This is what makes us so special.

Q. Am I expected to maintain the landscaping/grass around my site?
A. We mow and weed eat. We do expect you to use a blower and blow leaves to back fence so we can pick them up. We also appreciate if you have things on the lawn such as picnic table they are on paver patio. And yes you are allowed to put in a paver patio as long as it stays when you leave due to grass damage.

Q. where is the closest resource for getting propane?
A. Coastal bend and aransas comes through here twice a week each to provide propane at your site.

Q. How many are allowed at the site for long term? 2 adults max, however children are allowed are short term stays and visits. We don’t have playgrounds here though.

Q. Is the park safe?
A. Yes we consider our park very safe. On site management takes extra time during bad weather and on a nightly basis to ensure your things are safe, and that everything is going smoothly. We truly care about our guests here.

Q. Is there a BBQ PIT?
A. Yes, and we have a fire pit and big green chair to take pictures on. We also have a pavilion area for events, fishing tournaments and more.

Q. Do you have cabins for me and my guests if needed?
A. Yes, we do. They are beautiful and perfect for your vacay to the beach. They also have kitchenettes!

Q. What are your rates? We are $555 a month plus electric, free personal (Not Wi-Fi internet, free cable, water, trash, free hot showers.
