About Rock Springs Run State Reserve

Visitors can ride on 17 km of hiking trails and guided hikes and horse rental are available. Rock Springs Run State Park, with its scenic views of the Rocky Mountains, makes the reserve a refuge of natural beauty.

The reserve is closed to riders on autumn weekends for special hunting and is open to hikers, mountain bikers, hikers and mountain bikers. There are routes that are closed on days when reserve personnel have a fire damage, such as in the summer months.
