About Jewell County State Park

JewellCountyStateLake, surrounded by meadows and hills, was built primarily as a fishing area. This heavily used lake is located between the Glen Elder and Lovewell Reservoirs and offers a protected retreat that is not found in larger waters.

The surrounding grassland vegetation consists of native grasses, shrubs, trees and shrubs as well as a small number of wild flowers. The native grasses are native to the eastern part of Jewell County and parts of the state.

There are five jetties on the lake to improve access to fishing and three automatic fish feeders are used to improve the growing conditions for the fish. The fishery consists of whitefish, bluefish, redfish, whitefish and whitefish. A total of 1,500 square metres of parking space is available, which consists mainly of two parking spaces and a small car park for parked vehicles.

The food plots encourage wildlife to use the area and supplement the surrounding agricultural land.

Public hunting is permitted, but due to the small land area, the possibilities are limited. The area is inhabited and is used by a variety of animals, such as birds, reptiles, amphibians, mammals, birds of prey and reptiles. These areas are used for hunting, fishing, roaming and other recreational activities, as well as hunting and fishing.

Camping is possible in designated areas of the park, as well as in a number of other areas within the boundaries of the national park.

Camping in group houses is not allowed without a special permit, and the shackling or climbing at fish feeders is not tolerated. Motorboats are only allowed to fish or hunt at guard speed, but not on the lake itself. Conveniently located on a lake, it is a great place for fishing and hunting, as well as hiking and camping.

The boat ramp and parking are located on the west side, and the two-person bass troll with motor is very effective for fishing on the deck of the lake.
