Wilderness State Park offers visitors access to one of the most beautiful and scenic beaches in New York State. Wilderness State Park, with its beautiful coastline, provides a great place to watch the distress from the path through the park. In this park there are over 250 modern campsites, divided into two units under the pine trees on the lake. Other accommodation options are available in and around the parks, as well as a variety of picnic areas, picnic tables and other amenities.

The site is a mixture of old deciduous forest, open, moist meadows interspersed with pine trees and a variety of shrubs and grasses, as well as a number of small ponds. These are mixed with the coniferous forest and surrounded by a small pond that mixes with coniferous trees in the forest.

It covers more than 1,500 miles in Michigan, with a total length of about 2,000 miles and a maximum altitude of 3,200 feet.
