Ocean City State Park is a state park located in Ocean City, New Jersey, USA, just outside of New York City. The area is part of the Pacific Migration Route and borders the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf of Mexico and the Great Barrier Reef. Migratory birds can be seen in the park and beach climbing is another popular activity.

The grass is coloured by wild flowers such as buttercups, wild strawberries and lupines. The beach is separated from the dunes by streams, which are coloured by algae and shore plants of various colours.

The Wadden Sea is surrounded by dense pine trees, and the park is home to a variety of wild flowers such as wild strawberries and lupines. The average rainfall is 100 cm, with an average annual rainfall of 1.5 mm, according to the National Park Service (NPS).

Early settlers transported supplies by crossing the peninsula with Oyhut, wandering north along the beach, and the Indians wandering the flat, wide beach.

Fishing and clapping were leisure activities in this park then as they are now, necessary for survival.

Choosing a premium campsite in the park can charge a $5 per night fee for a single night or $10 for two nights. An additional $1 per night is added to the fee for the heavily used parks listed below.

Please note that the following general fees and information do not apply to all parks, not all fees will apply to each park; for example, the listed fees for primitive campsites and landfills apply only to parks that have them.

Check-in is 14: 30, check-out is 13: 00, and quiet times are 22 - 00 and 06 - 30. In summer, you can stay in the park for up to ten consecutive days, but the length of stay cannot be extended for more than five days at a time. When you are camping, this fee is included in the camping fee and additional vehicles must be parked on the designated campsite with an additional pitch. Recreational vehicles that pull a second vehicle will be charged $10 per night for the first vehicle and $5 per day for the second vehicle.

The park has operated in recent years in a similar way to other state parks in the state of New Jersey and the USA.

The power is supplied from a supply site and the maximum length of the site is 50 feet, possibly due to limited availability. Loop Four could also have water and sewage, but it is too far from the park's main entrance to be served.

The park's main entrance to Ocean City State Park is located on the west side of the park, just south of Loop Four, about half a mile from the parking lot.

The park offers two group camps, where 20 - 30 tent campers can be accommodated, and four vehicles are allowed in the group parking lot. Campers are not allowed to enter group camps and all campsites must be booked at least 30 days in advance before the park opens.

Group camp rental fees vary depending on group size and reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance for each group camp. Extra vehicles can be parked at a nearby car park and are subject to an additional parking fee.

The parking lot can accommodate up to 100 vehicles and the park offers picnic tables, picnic benches, sheltering tables and a picnic area with seating.

It is located about 1.5 miles south of Hoquiam on SR-109 and 16 miles west of Ocean City, about 3 miles east of the city of Oceanside. From Hoqiam, drive 10 miles west to SR 109, then turn south on SR 115 and drive 1 / 2 mile into the park.
