Scenic Beach State Park is home to a variety of birds and wildlife and is known for its scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. ADA regular path that leads visitors to the main parking lot of the park, as well as a picnic area and a pathway system. The park is also known as one of New Jersey's most popular hiking and biking trails, and the area is home to a variety of wildlife including sea lions, coyotes, foxes, owls, birds of prey, bats and more.

The park has a rocky beach where oysters can be harvested throughout the season, and is an excellent natural place for outdoor activities, appreciated for its picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean.

During the summer months, the park offers a variety of activities such as kayaking, canoeing, fishing and hiking, as well as a range of other activities.

The park was originally developed as a scenic resort owned by Joe Emel Sr. and purchased by the state in three plots over a 17-year period. The Emels house was built in 1911 and the park was newly developed in 1933 by a group of residents and developers, along with three other properties in the area.

There was a general store in Seabeck, and within a 15-mile radius there were other services such as a grocery store, a gas station and a post office in the park.

Bicycles are allowed, but riders must be careful in some hilly campgrounds and dead ends. The park has a variety of paths, including a bike path, a hiking trail, a picnic area and an open area.
The canal is located in a primitive wooded environment and all facilities include secure toilets and fireplaces. The park offers group camps that can accommodate 20 to 50 people, but the campsites can be booked up to six months in advance for $5 per person or $10 per day.

Fees vary depending on the size of the group, with a maximum of 10 people per day available for $10 per person or $20 per group for a total of $50 per month.

The boat ramp is located about a mile east of the park and is managed by the Department of Fish and Game. The motor-driven electric generator operates from 10: 00 to 18: 30. M., check-in time is at 13: 00, check-in times are at 14: 30, and quiet hours are 22: 00 to 06: 30. A sticker is required to start, but you can extend the stay by staying as long as you like, for just $10 per person or $20 per group for a total of $50 per month. The park has six covered six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two bathrooms and a sleeping cabin, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen can accommodate up to 100 guests and has a full-time kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are berths in Seabeck, about a kilometer east of the park, as well as at the visitor center and the boat ramp.

The volleyball net is open from May to September and the park staff can check balls and horseshoes and check in and out the beach volleyball courts.

It is located on the east side of Seabeck Highway, south of the intersection with Seabrook Rd. Drive 6 miles and turn right onto scenic Beach Road, then left onto Scenic Beach Road. Turn right onto Seabock Rd and then right onto scenic Strandstrasse and drive another 6 miles to the beach volleyball courts.
