The park is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Gunterville and offers a variety of activities for sun worshippers and water lovers who will enjoy the scenic beauty of the lake as well as the natural beauty and wildlife of this beautiful lake.

This is one of the best places to see herons, ducks and other waterfowl, and depending on the season, you can sometimes spot eagles along the way. This path, which is old from my hometown, has been a YACC project since the 1980s and can be followed to the end of Lake Gunterville State Park, which is only a few miles away.

The path crosses the main park road and the access road and leads from the old grandstand to the park paths and huts. The trail runs from Highway 227 just before the Town Creek Bridge and follows the creek for a few miles until it merges into Lake Gunterville State Park. It is easy to follow and easy enough to make the trail a pleasure - round but not too strenuous.

The closed road leads to Tom Bevill Trail, then branches off and leads through the park and into Gundersee State Park. Over the years, the path has been maintained and marked by a couple named Rex and Ruth Seale, and they have worked many hours on this extensive network of paths.

One way leads to the old Königsfeld cemetery, the other is not so difficult and follows an old road that leads to a unique formation of Terrell's hometown. The path starts at the hut, winds through the mountains, crosses a small stream and ends at a hut and a playground.

Buck Pocket State Park is located 30 minutes from Guntersville on Alabama Highway 227, following South Grove Oak. Follow the brown sign to State Park. High Falls Park is located in the NW corner of Geraldine in DeKalb County and is 30 minutes from Guntersville State Park. It is easy to find by following Alabama Highway 227 South to South Grove Oak. The Grandview Ballroom is a new space acquired during the renovation, and the rooms in the Lower Terrace are located inside the lodge, next to the hotel rooms. Azaleas II and III and dogwood on the lower terrace of the lodge, opposite Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge and the Convention Center.

The Camellia Room is located to the left of the lobby, and the rooms are located just behind the main salon. Both rooms have access to an upper terrace overlooking Guntersville Reservoir and have a private balcony on both sides. The Goldenrod, which is in the far left corner of this lodge, had access from the upper terrace.

We were planning to have a dinner party in one of the 20 chalets on Taylor Mountain, and we were planning to have it all together in one room overlooking Guntersville Reservoir and Lake Gunter's Lake.

We are pleased to announce that the Pinecrest Dining Room is now open to the public! Food and Beverage Manager Wylie Poundstone has brought a wealth of culinary talent to the PineCrest dining room. A delicious buffet is served in the elegant Window Restaurant, which offers unique views of Lake Guntersville State Park and the surrounding area.

In the middle of a pine forest on the shore of the reservoir, there are 321 improved campsites that combine peace and nature. From primitive to modern utilities, the site is suitable for almost every taste. The various amenities of the campsite include a picnic area, picnic tables, a water fountain and a fireplace.

Sunbathers and water lovers will enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and its many waterfalls, as well as the natural beauty of Lake Guntersville. At the campsite there is a nature centre where naturalists work to offer interesting programs.

Town Creek Fishing Center is located on the west side of Lake Guntersville State Park, south of the campground. Fishing, boating, fishing boats, kayaking and a variety of other fishing activities are offered.

Lake Guntersville is located in northern Alabama, between Bridgeport and Gunterville, and is surrounded by free boat ramps and a private marina. Alabama's largest lake covers 69,100 acres and stretches for 75 miles from Nickajack Dam to Guntsville Dam. The fishing centre is closed in the summer months due to heavy rain and strong winds, but is open in autumn and winter.

The habitat of the fish in Guntersville Lake are millet and hydilla weed beds, in which large perches and surface baits explode, as well as large fish such as white perch, blue perch and white perch.

Fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, rafting and other recreational activities are popular sports in the area. Eagle watching is concentrated in this area, and bald eagles stay here all year round.
