An abandoned dairy coop, once built by Alfred I du Pont, has been transformed into a showcase that is the perfect place for meetings, weddings and conferences. A path through fields and woods leads to a climbing crag in one of the quietest places in the area, and along the way you pass the extraordinary Blue Ball Barn.

This exceptional barn was built in 1914 by Alfred du Pont and is named after the inn and conference house that once stood on the estate. The renovation has created a beautiful, modern and modern meeting and conference room for conferences and meetings. Blue Ball Barn is located in Alapocas Run State Park, just outside Fort Myers, Florida, just a few miles south of the entrance to the national park.

The Delaware Folk Art Collection features the works of more than 50 artists and hosts events that are memorable and unique to be memorable, unique and fun.

The collection, which is permanently exhibited at the Blue Ball Barn, reflects the local culture of Delaware. The newly renovated Blue Ball Barn is a LEED-certified building that is widely recognized as an environmentally friendly standard for building design.

The Blue Ball Barn is the first public building in Delaware to receive this certification, and it is the only one in the state. Green construction methods save money and resources and ensure a healthy environment for employees and visitors.

The Can-Do playground is made possible by a grant from the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection (DNR) and the State of Delaware. The Can-do Playfield is the first boundless playground in Delaware and is intended to be accessible to all children.
