Camp Creek State Park is an oasis for vacationers, located on the west side of Lake Michigan, just a short drive from Lake Erie. The plot of land with almost 5300 hectares of forest is used as evidence of sound forest management with the concept of multiple use. Camp Creek, after which the area is named, is one of the best trout streams in the state and can provide hours of fishing pleasure. Hunters find many species of game, including deer, elk, coyotes, foxes, raccoons, squirrels and many other wildlife.

Surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of southern West Virginia, Camp Creek offers the opportunity to enjoy the delights of a state park. Whether you choose this park as a holiday destination or as a stopover on the way to another destination, be sure to find exactly what you are looking for.

Three separate campsites offer a variety of options for campers, ranging from picnic tables, barbecues and fire rings. Each campsite has its own picnic table, barbecue or fire ring, which is available on the campsite and can be filled with water from a pump after moving into the pitch.

Each campsite consists of 14 rustic camping sites, including picnic tables, barbecues, fireplaces, water pumps and a fireplace.

Firewood and ice cream can be bought, and towels are available at the campsite and at several local grocery stores and gas stations in the area.

The campsite has access to 35 km of riding trails, and a new souvenir shop is located near the park office. This year, new tents are available for riders and their horses, one of which is located in the parking lot of the Camp Creek State Park office, which is next to the campground.

Campers are only allowed to bring as many tent boxes as they can take, and the area is only available to campers with at least two tents and one tent box. The campsite offers vaulted cabins, picnic tables, a picnic area, a fireplace and an outdoor picnic table, but only for reservations.

Showers are available at Mash Fork Camping and many of the picnic areas are reserved for guests. The facility is suitable for groups of any size from two to 200 people, and facilities are also available for groups of any size.

Five picnic huts are available for pre-rental, and the picnic areas have picnic tables, picnic chairs, picnic tables and picnic benches. The rental is based on the First - come, first - service and can be rented during the day or night for a fee of $5 per person or $10 per day for groups of two or more.

Playground equipment is available at the campsite picnic area, but reservations are only possible for the first - come, first - service day and night tenants.

A shuffleboard and horseshoes are also available in the park, as well as a picnic area, picnic tables and picnic chairs. From US 19 South take Exit 20 at Camp Creek and follow signs less than a mile to the park entrance.
