This improved rustic campsite is located at the Trout Creek - filled with Panther Creek in the Panther State Forest. Panther offers small campgrounds in a densely wooded area and is found throughout the forest, just a few miles north of the town of Panther, North Carolina, about 30 miles east of Charlotte.

All six pitches have electricity, an open fireplace and picnic tables upstairs, and a well-stocked hand pump is convenient for campers to use. Group camps are rented weekly from Memorial Day to Labor Day and organized by groups. Well designed accommodation for up to six people with an outdoor fireplace, picnic table, stove and hob and picnic area.

In spring and autumn, a minimum of two nights is required, and a maximum of four nights from Memorial Day to Labor Day and from August to September.

Surrounded by a beautiful mountain world, the Panther Staatswaldschwimmbad is an ideal place to cool off and relax in the summer heat. The pool opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day, but the pool can be rented in the evening. Children's paddling pools are also available, as well as an indoor pool for adults with a maximum of four nights.

The picnic areas vary in size and are independent, with fireplaces and picnic tables. Reservations for picnic blankets are possible at the park office, as well as reservations for a picnic blanket for the pool.

One kilometer of roads and dirt roads are open to walkers and walkers, and a guarded road is open to foot traffic, with access to the parking office, picnic areas and picnic area.

The Panther State Forest is located on the north side of the Panther River at the intersection of Panther Road and Panther Turnpike. A map and a hiking guide are available at the forest office, and you can also turn around at the Panther to quickly return to the parking lot.
