Lake Sammamish State Park is the largest freshwater lake in Washington State and the second largest in the United States. For centuries, the area around the lake has been one of North America's most popular tourist destinations for its natural beauty and scenic beauty.

The park offers a variety of deciduous forests and wetland vegetation that will delight visitors. The park is home to large blue herons and salmon from Issaquah Creek, as well as a large number of birds of prey. The park has a 40-foot dock and there is a 1,500-square-foot parking lot located on the west side of the lake, north of Sammamish National Park. There is a 3.5 hectare beach with picnic area, a 4 km long hiking trail and a beehive with picnic tables, picnic chairs, waterfalls, benches and benches.
